Hourly
Simply pay for time you actually use.
No retainer or contract is required. A detailed
statement of time used will be furnished at your
request and is automatically sent with your
monthly invoice. Hourly rates are billed at
$30.00 per hour.
General Terms: Costs for special materials
will be added to your invoice.
Invoices will be issued on the 1st day of each
month and are NET 15. Returned checks will
be subject to a $35.00 fee.
A 5% late penalty will be
charged to any unpaid balances over 30 days,
each billing cycle.

Package Pricing
All quotes for projects will be based on a
package price, and not necessarily on an hourly rate, due to
various sizes of each individual project.
Obtaining a quote on a package price in advance
will allow you to see your bottom line before
beginning a project and will ultimately save you
money. A quote will be issued and
mutually agreed upon prior to project start.
Any changes or adjustments to the
original quote will be discussed and amended in
advance.
General Terms: A 50% advance deposit is
required prior to project start. A final
invoice will be issued and due at time of delivery. Returned checks will be
subject to a $35.00 fee.
